Nick Hergott: Personal Injury Medical Malpractice Super Lawyer
Nick was recognized as a Personal Injury Medical Malpractice Super Lawyer and a Personal Injury Plaintiff Super Lawyer for the second year in a row. From 2016-2020, Nick was selected as a Rising Star.
Nick enjoys figuring out large, complicated cases and ensuring clients feels comfortable and prepared. He believes that together with his clients and the jury, that team can help make our communities safer and hold wrongdoers accountable He has collected millions of dollars on his clients’ behalf, including jury trial victories in Kansas and Missouri.
Brian Russell: Personal Injury Super Lawyer
For the second year in a row, Brian was recognized as a Personal Injury Plaintiff Super Lawyer. Prior to this, he has also been recognized as a Rising Star for 6 years.
Brian started his career at another firm for a year, and then partnered with Matt Meyerkord. Later, the two partnered with Nick Hergott and formed Meyerkord, Russell, and Hergott. Brian takes pride in fighting for people that are hurt and vulnerable because of someone else’s carelessness.
