In 2014, Meyerkord, Russell & Hergott was founded when Nick Hergott joined Brian Russell and Matt Meyerkord. Since then, we’ve worked hard to help our clients make right the wrong that’s been done to them.

Through our work supporting victims of preventable auto collisions, we’ve become passionate about ending the epidemic of distracted driving. By educating the public about this dangerous habit through our #JustDriveKC campaign, we’re leading the effort to reduce and, hopefully one day, eliminate accidents caused by distracted driving.
